Refund policy

Exchange/Return Policy:

Bianchi Candle Co is happy to return or exchange any unopened merchandise up to 20 days after the package is delivered. Send your return request to orders@bianchicandleco.com and include a proof of purchase (order # or confirmation email). We are not able to cover the cost to ship returns but would be happy to ship your exchange at no extra cost to you. Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and will not include shipping fees.

Quality Check

Quality is a top priority of Bianchi Candle Co. All candles and diffusers are hand poured in small batches to ensure the highest quality product. All Bianchi and Yes You Candle products are quality checked by our production manager before shipping. This includes but is not limited to; wick check, box check, label check, scent check, and wax check. 

Is there a problem with your order? We would be happy to resolve any issues within 20 days of the delivery date. Please send an email to orders@bianchicandleco.com and include images of the defective product as well as any details regarding problems with your order.
