Exchange/Return Policy: Bianchi Candle Co is happy to return or exchange any unopened merchandise up to 20 days after the package is delivered. Send your return request to orders@bianchicandleco.com and include a proof of purchase (order # or confirmation email). We are not able to cover the cost to ship returns but would be happy to ship your exchange at no extra cost to you. Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and will not include shipping fees.
